Moka Pot Coffee Recipe
Moka Pot Coffee is a traditional Italian brewing method that yields a strong, concentrated coffee with a complex aroma and flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coarsely ground coffee
- 1 1/2 cups water
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
Instructions
- Fill the bottom chamber of the Moka pot with water.
- Fill the filter basket with coffee.
- Screw the top chamber on and heat on medium.
- Brew the coffee until it begins to gurgle and the top chamber is full.
- Take off the heat and serve.
