Ingredients
- 2 espresso shots
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tbsp simple syrup

Instructions
- Set aside 2 shots of espresso to cool.
- In a blender, combine the milk and simple syrup and blend until frothy.
- Fill a glass halfway with ice.
- Pour the iced espresso over it.
- Pour the frothed milk over the espresso.
- Serve immediately after stirring.
