Irish Coffee with Whipped Cream Recipe

The classic cocktail Irish coffee is made with hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and sweetened cream. This recipe is ideal for a relaxing night in or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz irish whisky
• 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 5 minutes
• Total Time: 5 minutes

Instructions

• Combine hot coffee, Irish whisky and brown sugar in a glass mug.
• Stir until the sugar dissolves.
• Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
• Whip the cream on top of the coffee.
