Pumpkin Spice Irish Coffee Recipe

This delicious pumpkin spice twist on an Irish coffee will get you in the mood for fall. Ideal for cozy nights in or festive get-togethers.

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
• 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
• irish whiskey, 2 oz
• Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 5 minutes
• Cook Time: 5 minutes
• Total Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

• Whisk together the Irish whiskey, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl.
• Fill a mug halfway with hot brewed coffee and stir in the whisky mixture.
• Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
• Whip the cream on top of the coffee.
• Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkles.
• Serve immediately and enjoy.
